We ship items 3 to 5 working days through DHL, FEDEX, UPS AND USPS.

How fast do you ship orders?
We ship items on a daily basis M-F, excluding holidays.
Items are shipped in the order received, and due to a high volume of sales are taking 2-5 days to process, excluding weekends. If your in a rush please upgrade to express or priority at checkout. We ship those out first on a daily basis. Priority and Express orders must be received by 12pm PST to be processed the same day. Please be advised that USPS has changed Express to 1-2 days guaranteed, so we cannot promise it will arrive next day. For urgent orders contact us and we can also send you a link for UPS shipping.

What if I’m receiving duplicate copies of invoices?
From time to time, we find duplicate customer accounts on our system, and this occasionally leads to double copies of publications and/or invoices being mailed out. If you are receiving duplicates from us that you have not ordered, please contact our Customer Service department so they can make the necessary changes. If possible, please have available copies of the mailing labels for each item that you have received from us, as this will assist the Customer Service department in resolving the situation quickly. What if I have received a defective item?
Defective items (e.g., items delivered with wrapped or broken or other damage) may be returned for a replacement or full credit. They must be reported and returned within 30 days of the invoice date. To report a defective item, please contact our Customer Service department using the information provided at the top of this page. Damaged items are recycled by our warehouse and are not available for sale or pickup. If Buyer thinks that the damaged item is not useful more. then they do not need to return and we will credit with a full refund, we need a picture of the damaged item just to be sure.
